Negative: The staff at the SPA seemed completely uninterested in their work. A welcoming smile? – Not at all. The receptionist did not listen, did not explain in detail what services were available, and left us wondering what this person’s role was in the first place. Unfortunately, the attitude of the reception staff overshadowed all the other positive impressions of our visit. This was especially disappointing because we had informed them in advance that we were coming to celebrate a birthday and wanted to make this a special experience. As long as such employees remain at the reception, I cannot recommend this SPA.
